A Full-Day Immersive Experience in Leadership
Leadership is hard, not because we lack leadership skills, but because leadership asks us to face conflict, sit in discomfort, and lead with courage when certainty isn't available. This one-day-lab is for anyone leading a team, project, classroom, household, or community, title or no title. The lab will create opportunities for image theatre, live simulations, and real dialogue, so we physically step into the hard moments we often face and see them from angles we normally don’t notice.
What You'll Experience:
Image Theatre — physically shape real leadership moments to see conflict from angles we normally miss and avoid talking about
Live Simulations — practice navigating real leadership tension through real case scenarios
Deep Dialogue — honest conversations that go past the surface
What You'll Walk Away With:
Sharper clarity on your own leadership instincts
A grounded, practiced sense of how to stay present in conflict instead of avoiding or steamrolling it
Language for the hard conversations you've been putting off
Renewed confidence in the leadership wisdom already within you
Templates to use and apply for increasing conversations, elevating trust and embracing tension
This is a day to reflect, wrestle with what's actually going on, and reconnect with the wisdom you already have but maybe haven't trusted. Whether you're leading a team, an organization, or your own family, come spend the day with other leaders who understand. It'll be worth it.

Andrea McCoy
I've sat in that boardroom where accusations were made. I've watched a staff member walk away feeling defeated and silenced. I've had those hard conversations that nobody wants to have.
You don't need a title to know what it means to lead. No matter what capacity you find yourself in, being an inclusive and kind leader is already within you. Often, the barriers standing in our way are the inherited systems and methods that were never built with all of us in mind. But they don't get the final say. We do.
I'm thankful to have led intercultural teams and projects, and for the mistakes I've made along the way while leading them. I believe in the goodness we can bring to our communities and the spaces we influence. I'm a mom, a business owner, an educator, and someone who genuinely loves people: who loves celebrating them for exactly who they are.
This work comes out of rooms I've actually sat in and conversations I've actually had. I'm excited to journey with you, and to encourage you as you navigate the change and conflict your leadership, and this world, needs.
