Bring the room

to life.

I love to amplify the life in the room — with story, substance, and a little bit of nerve.

With a background in theatre and a degree grounded in public speaking, I love to connect with the audience. I have spoken at storytelling events, sat on panels, officiated ceremonies, and I host my own podcast, Canadian Salad — where I explore culture, identity, and what it really means to belong in this country.

Every engagement is tailored to the moment and the people in it.

Canadian Salad

I co-host a podcast exploring culture, identity, and what it really means to belong in a country. A great way to hear my voice before you book me.

The Business Case

The research is in. Projects fail because of people - not process.

Poor communication causes one-third of all project failures. Cultural misalignment drives rework, attrition, and stakeholder breakdown. And most organizations are pay for all of it without naming it. I speak directly to that gap with warmth, research and an honest, clear path forward.

What I Bring To Your Stage

Not another talk about being nice. But a new talk about being present.

Every theme is built on a foundation of academic, experiential learning and industry research — then delivered with personal stories. Because I’ve been there too.

Cultural difference isn’t a problem to manage. It’s a gift of intelligence to embrace if we but have the courage to.
